13. . ."sigh"

Jessica is officially a teenager. We traditionally go to La Loma (the big park in town), stroll around, watch the kids play, and buy cotton candy. We are always a little tired from the festivities the night before, but we always enjoy this easy outing. This year, Jessica proved she is growing in maturity. She said, "Why do we even buy this cotton candy every year, it is like eating nothing?!" My daughter is old enough to reproach me for my parenting faux-pas. Looking forward to these years ahead. :)
